Calculate the row gauge over 1 inch on the bottom of your sock
Total Sock Stitches (64) - Final Number of Stitches (24) = Total Stitches Decreased (40)
Stitches Decreases per 2 Rounds (4) stitches
Total Stitches Decreased (40) / Stitches Decreased per 2 Rounds (4) = Total Decrease Rounds (10)
Total Rounds Worked = 20 (10 active decrease rounds, 10 plain rounds)
Rounds Worked (20) / Row Gauge per inch (11) = Actual Toe Length (1.82 inches)
Your toe will take 1.82 inches to work.
Total Foot Length (9.5") - 10% = Desired Sock Length
Desired Sock Length (8.55") - Actual Toe Length (1.82") = Length from back of heel to start of toe decreases (6.75 inches)
